Unreadable hard drive

just reinstalled 2k, and it's reporting my 300 gig disk as being "dymanic" and "unreadable" in disk manager. the only option I have is to revert it to basic. but that will cause me to lose everything on the drive.. is there any way to save the data? i reinstalled because wmp9 ****ed with windows and it kept bluescreening…

i reinstalled because wmp9 ****ed with windows and it kept bluescreening on boot, but this drive isn't even the boot drive.. it's just storage. could it be a windows problem and not the hard drive?
