Im going placing an order in the next week or so to www.overclockers.co.uk. I want second opinions on what im going to get because I dont want to get anything thats isnt good/reliable/incompatible. I would like people to point out things that i may/probably have overlooked. All advice would be helpful.

Western Digital Raptor 36.7GB Serial ATA 10000RPM - OEM £79.84
Western Digital Caviar 200GB Special Edition 8MB Cache Serial ATA - OEM £102.17
Akasa Serial ATA PSU Converter £3.47
Akasa Serial ATA 60cm Silver Data Cable £4.50

The Raptor is a must, im going to RAID with the one I already have. But I would like to hear people's suggestions for a 200Gb SATA drive and why.

    ThermalRight SP-94 (Socket 478) Cooler £37.60

    Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound (3.5g) £5.75

    Vantec SF9225L Stealth 92mm fan - Retail £9.34

    Hercules 3D Prophet 9800 Pro 128MB DDR - OEM £164.44

    Liteon LTR-52327S 52x/32x/52x CD-ReWriter £20.27

Total Cost including VAT (17.5%) and Shipping £449.38 or E679.44

Sounds like your doing a bit of overclocking Dempsey. I'd recomend a 92mm tornado if you have a fan controller. If not the stealth on is fine.

    Everything else looks fine.

Will you still be interested in that 9800xt?

I want to lower the temps alright. I was looking at Tornados but I hear they are very loud. Dont plan to do huge overclocking, i might do a little.

Im not going to be ordering for a while so I could go for that 9800XT if your selling when im buying. PM me specs of your 9800XT.
