Sky box software update

As I've been out of the country, I've had my sky digibox disconnected since the start of the year (both from the power supply and from the dish). I am heading home for a week and was wondering if it was worth digging my Sky digibox out of storage and connecting it up to allow software download?

Or, is it much the same to leave it until the end of the year when I get home and catch all software updates at once?

    Thanks,

    TD.

Id say leave it till later in the year Tom.

They have just completed the EPG Software upgrade, and will be sending an Operating System/ Software update out before the end of July, so an update later will catch both at once:)

Much the same Tom. Unless you actually feel like watching some TV while you're at home for the week.

Nah, TBH, I have a full week ahead of me, don't think there will be much time to watch TV.

I'll leave it so. Thanks for the advice.

    TD.
