    Hey..
was just wondering if someone could clear something up for me..

protein supplements (powder form).....i know what its role is...

but weight gain formula....is it to create more apidose tissue? (fat).....or add additional bulk to the muscle fibers?

is its role to add fat...so the fat can be converted into energy (carbo's) for your work-out session?...

am i totally off the ball?..lol...

    which is it?....thanks :)

A weight gainer is usually a protein and matodextrin mix. It provides the body with a calorie surplus used for gaining lean mass but if not used correctly it will indeed be stored as fat.

thanx logic...so if you want more muscle mass quicker..that would be the way to go?...

how could you abuse its purpose?...over doing dosages?....hence gaining fat?
