Not sure if this is the place but just want to put out a warning to the ppl of BORDS.

I purchased a TV stand from ID design 4 months ago and have only just received the item, they have no customer service and the managers told me that there is nothing they can do to help, they explained that the place is being run so badly that they are leaving due to the amount of complaints they are dealing with weekly.
I escallated the issue and they gave me the number of the owner of the shop, after several calls with me threatening the media i eventually got the item.

Foko is a similar case except i still after 4 months have not received the furniture that i paid for in full. Just off the phone with them and again they told me that someone will call me to advise of arrival date.

How far can they push before we picket outside there shops?


Now u cant say u havent been warned.

I bought a big shelf/stand thing off ID design and it was delivered in 5 days, on a saturday too. That sais, I was a little apprehensive , because the previous company located there (Airside retail park) in Swords, ran with everyones money.
But I got my item.
