there's a big community of online anime and film fans who make anime music videos and anime commercials.
www.morethantoast.com is the home of the above video and some of the best online.
www.animemusicvideos.org is the largest collection online but once you join you have to wait a week before you can d-load from it.
I've made two myself...Macross Plus to Foo Fighters learning to fly and Cowboy bebop the movie to Gunstar Zero's Man Down.
Sadly they are both close to 100 meg each and i have no where to host em
