    Hi

Could anyone give me the name of some Natural Therapy places in Dublin, my friend recently went to one in the North for a similiar sort of problem (stomach related). Both of us have seen doctors and got stuff but not real improvement .... might try this out..

    Thanks
    monks

Try taking up Tai Chi. I'd be surprised if with 3-4 weeks you weren't seeing improvements. No one really knows why it works, it just does. Heals all sorts of ailments. And it's about as natural as you can get.

placebo effect, or in friendlier terms, self-healing. If you think you're being healed, you will heal yourself. In many cases the therapy will be relaxing so as to give your body a better go at it.

Seems pretty obvious to me. I'd be interested to hear if anyone has any other theories though :)

The idea behind it is that you are moving and activating the energies in your body. Ones that might not be working, and therefore are making you sick.
