I know it might seem a little early to be thinkin about this sort of thing, but nobody's ever died from over-preparation.

basically, what i'm wondering is, what dates are people planning to have their intervarsities next year.

all i know so far is that we (DIT) hope (i emphasise, HOPE) to have an outdoor shoot sometime in october, and that DCU have their hall booked for Nov 6th (correct me if i'm wrong halenger). also, maynooth plan to have theirs in mid-november, with the ideal date being the 20th to leave 2 weeks between IVs.

    anyways, share ur ideas here

    cheers

We (carlow) are hoping to have one in february or march. What we're hoping to do is have the intervarsity on the saturday and then have the dolmen archers dhoot on the sunday

FYI Sportslink usually have a shoot at the end of Feb and the National indoor champs (galway) are usually the second week in March, I hope this helps you guys plan so we don't end up with a few weekends of shoots one after the other

Yeah it's booked for November 6th and 7th.

The Inter-Varsity has all 3 halls and enough space to do just the one competition and 1 lunch break.

That was the plan anyhow. No idea what'll happen with the new committee etc etc.

One request... dont be having any indoor shoots before the outdoors, as some of the more advanced archers would have to change their setups....

Have the outdoors, then go indoors, and stay indoors.

    Regards
