    Hi!

    Do you have to pay 1.95$ to get verified only once? or many times? what's the catch?

    As far as I remember, you only have to be veirified once

    It gets refunded on your first paypal transaction though, doesn't it?

    refunded to your paypal account, not your credit card, youll need to upgrade your paypal account to get that 1.95 onto your cc, which costs, so if like me your planning on using the paypal account for sending cash only then your not getting that 1.95 back

    yep that's what I'm planning, eh 1.95$ is nothing
