Hi all, I'm looking for some software to log support calls i'm getting. Nothing too fancy required and it's just for my use for my own records so something free would be nice! Duke

Though you could use something like http://www.milenix.com/myinfo.php if you were feeling swish.

You could try the local Universities - there are often students writing this stuff for the college projects & willing to let someone use it as it gives strength to their project.

We did it with DCU & the software was quite bug free
