ATI Radeon 9200 Driver Issue

    Following on from my DVD thread this is becoming the bane of my existance and I'm determined not to go back to Bill.

    Anywho on installing the driver I get a black screen not much help but it says it could be a tainted kernel.

    So I thought I'd use XFdrake to try the driver in there.
    Upon testing the driver it gives this output.

    [root@rfc1918 stephen]# XFdrake
    Shutting down X Font Server: [ OK ]
    Starting X Font Server: [ OK ]
    xfs is not running at /usr/lib/libDrakX/Xconfig/test.pm line 47.
    [root@rfc1918 stephen]#


    Anyone know why this driver will refuse to load ?
    I really want to play some decent games.
