Transfer ipod music to pc?

Is this possible? I have all my music on my ipod, also on my pc. I have to format my pc tomorrow and no way of backing up the music. Is there any way of transferring the music from my ipod to the pc? Thanks

Yep, enable disc use in iTunes. Then in your ipod there is a hidden folder called iPod_Control. The music is stored there. But it is stored like in the attatchment below. I havnt got a clue how iTunes recognises it like that. In the folders are the song titles
