Hotel needed in Dublin. Recommendations?

I need to book a hotel in Dublin. Looking for a 2 night B&B & 1 evening meal type deal (Weekend). Obviously the nicer the hotel the better. Have a car so it doesn't have to be city centre. One I found so far is Stillorgan park hotel which has 2 nights B&B and 1 dinnner for 115 Euro PPS. Anyone know if this hotel is any good? Thanks in advance and apologies for not posting in travel - I hoped to get more replies in afterhours as I need to book ASAP.

Stillorgan Park is a grand hotel. Nice enough pints in the bar too :)

Do an accommodation search on www.visitdublin.com (official tourist board site). You will often get better rates there than directly from the hotels.
