yeah stayed there a couple of years ago on a family holiday...stayed in
"camping les ecureuils"..(v. cramped campingsite)....not much of town itself...there is a funfair there which is good...hate to say this but there is alot of French "trailer park
trash" that seem to appear at around 7o'clock each evening in this resort...beaches are absolutely superbhere. Also, hiring a rickshaw (on hire all over this resort) is defintely recommended...after about 10 minutes of pedaling you are out into
the heart of the french countryside travelling on roads that are snooker table smooth. La Roche-Sur-Yon?15kmaway there is a big
hypermarket to stock up on all the cheap booze....enjoy.
