just started this two nights ago & can't put it down. absolutely fantastic. almosts reads like fiction in parts and yet it really has the poignancy of a true story also. definite thumbs up and im not even usuallly one for biographies.

    What is it a about???

it's the true story of a guy who is trying to stop drinking & taking drugs and goes to a drying out clinic, but it's written in a very refreshing way and not the usual 'self-help' rubbish you come across.

Yes, I agree, a lot of self-help books are a bit convoluted,

Currently I'm reading a book called 'Ravelstein' by an author called 'Saul Bellow',

It's a bit of a drag but I want to finish it.
