how skip RAM Check

    added ram to my computer (win 98) and was wondering how you skip it checkin 4 ram at startup up due to the fact that it now has 312 SDRAM and takes 5 mins to load up:rolleyes:

    Any help...greatly appreciatted

    There should be an option in the BIOS to do it. There should be a message on boot up to tell you what key to hold down to get into the BIOS.

    Id say go into the BIOS and look for some setting,

    what kind of PC is it?

    The option you should look for is something like "Quickboot > ON"

    You press Esc and it will skip :D
    It should be in the Bios to turn it off.
