If this is against forum rules then feel free to delete.

Ballyfermot Rock school is releasing a compilation CD on Wednesday called Urban Legends. Features performences from past student bands and current ones. My brother is on it in 2 bands. He plays Bass in "The Ross Breen band" and some other one i cant think of the name of.

I think he said its €9.99
Should be good. Ross Breen band is great live!!

    The Ross Breen Band... Hmmmm...

Ross Breen wouldn't have happened to play on a DIT FM competition this January, would he? I remember a solo artist playing (he had female harmonies too) and I thought he was fantastic. Not sure if it was the same fella or not, but this guy should have won.

And that's saying something, because -I- played in the same competition and I really should have been up for myself and not someone else :)

Anyway, if it's not him, does anybody know who I'm talking about? He had a song called something like (and I'm impressing even myself here that I can remember this) "I'll Fish On My Side, You Fish On Your Side And Nobody Fishes In The Middle"...

    ;)

    -S

Yeah, that's Ross Breen alright. I saw him playing the Open Zone in Leixlip a few months ago. Tight band!

I think Ross Breen band has only 2 songs on it, its a compilation. i have not even heard the CD yet, ill have to get it off my brother :D He said Ross Breens recordings for some reason were not as good as the others. He is pretty fantastic.. writes all his own stuff.
