Peacock Laptop Problem

Im not sure if this is just a standard Laptop Problem, but whats happening is there is a beeping sound constantly coming from the speakers. Its not an error beep, or one of those, its just an annoying high pitched beeping thats constantly going on it the backround. Its most irritating when I hook it up to a sound system…
