Mp3 clean up programs?

    Recording old tapes to Mp3 using line in and some are really old have that fuzz on them ,anyone know a free program that can clean them up.

    pryo 2004 claims to do it but its not free is 12mb to downloadon their website but 550mb elsewhere.

    Anyone kow a decent program to clean these tapes up?

    if all you want to do is clean up fuzz and background noise then goldwave is your only man.

    its trial version is about 1.5mb download and will do exactly what you need.

    Thanks wouldn have a copy of that ,goldwave seem to be gone from internet ,all downlaod sites turn up blank.

    /could be DSL been crap all night but every site says DNS error.

    It was Eircom couldnt get on anywhere ,trying Goldwave now amongst others.
