Looks like a mySQL access denied message to me, could be wrong though.

Check with your hosting company to make sure you have the correct database username, password and database name, you might need to set these up from your control panel, or ask them to set up mySQL for you.

make sure you have your mySQL password in the mt-db-pass.cgi file

I presume you've already added the relevant mySQL lines to the mt.cfg file?
