I have a small home network with ICS (dial-up) working almost grand.

My main (connecting) PC has Norton IS on it, up-to-date, and all the windows updates.

My question is do i need to setup more firewalls on the other pc's or does the NIS on the connecting pc protect the other pcs?

I have got AV on the others.

If you're trying to block incoming traffic you should be ok. If you're trying to block outgoing traffic over http for specific programs on the client machines you'll need to install another firewall afaik :)
