    Hi,
    i purchased a sony digital camera over a year and a half back,
    problem is its stopped working
    wont power on,
    got new batteries, tried different types etc.

    can i send this back to sony to get it fixed?
    or sony center

    can someone tell me the procedure

    go to a sony authorised repair centre. The Sony Centre closest to you will be able to direct you to your local repair centre.

    really depends on what theproblem is, could be something simple if your lucky. They usually charge a fee of around €40 to look at it, but if they do fix it they take the €40 off the cost of repair.
