I don't know what they are called. But to cover the front of my CD and DVD drives so that they matched my brushed aliminum case . What are these covers called and where can I get them? Thanks

It's difficult to get front plates to match some drives. You could always spray paint them. I've done it with great results. Blends in well and a durable finish.

Have a look at this thread, there's some pics of the results there too. If you need any tips let me know.
