    Has anyone ever had to deal with them? My SD-200's decided to go all funky last week so I emailed them and I haven't heard anything back. Anyone have any experience with them?

    Yup, found them fantastic. I've got got four pairs at this stage and I've only had problems with one the HD-200's (which I presume is what your talking about)

    I found out recently that they have a new distribution centre in dublin 5 minutes walk from where I work and co-incidently was in the market for a new headset and I found these but they're not on the market long, rang Sennheiser, they got thier first shipment that day, strolled down and bought them :)

    Back on topic, I asked about the 200's and if I could get them fixed. The nice Sennheiser girly told me there would be no problem she didn't ask if they were still in the 2 years of warrenty they offer (which they are not) and I was supposed to drop them in this week for repair but I left them in Wexford...

    What I'm trying to say is ring +353 (0)1 4294400 and all your problems should be solved.... Maybe.
