    I had this today from the Chinese on a recommendaton from a friend, does anyone know all the ingredients in it??? It's absolutely lovely and I'll definitely be having it again.

    I also like this one. However, if you look closely, there seems to be all sorts of meat in it. This makes me not really want to think too closely as to what they put in there.....

    There also seems to be chicken and shrimp aswell, tis hard to tell. Dying to find out the exact ingredients although they probably vary from place to place.

    It almost always have the following ingredients in it:

    honey roast pork (chai-sui)
    bean sprout
    green peppers
    shrimps
    rice noodles (the really thin variety)
    egg
    onion

    Everything is stir fried using some curry powder in the seasoning.
