    I recently ordered a camera online from Spectra. The only reply I gotten from them was the automatic reply e-mail with order number, that was Wednesday night . When I buy online I'm used to getting an update , if item is in stock or whatever, but I'm dissapointed that I heard nothing back yet . Has anybody had any experiences dealing them ,are they good to deal with for ordering prints and stuff?:(

    i use belmost/spectra services as part of my job every day and find them to be awful and have terrible service. just my opinion though

    i tried ordering an mp3 player off them a while back, shocking customer service. didn't hear back for ages, so rang them up and got this aul fella in kerry or sth. didn't have a clue.....cancelled the order i needn't tell you!
