I'm using NTL, Oceanfree, Eircom and IOL. None are reliable so I use the others as back-up. We need more choice here, but Eircom are running the monopoly.

Hey, could you give us some more information on this satellite system? I'm in kilkenny too. How much does it cost, where can you get it, what do you need, etcetera. Thanks.

Does anyone know of IBM offering internet home packages, I did try to phone them but got tired of being put on hold and then been given a number +31 something, I assume that this is in Europe (to lazy to check up on).
Tried NTL but they only supply housing Estates as it cost them over £2.5K to divert in to houses on their own..

    Any Ideas ?

That's all very well if you have a sat connection in the first place, would it work on SKY Digital sat....

If not what is left for those that only have access to standard tel. lines... Not even ISDN yet..... due to , wait for upgrade to the exchange in the area....
