    The IrishWAN National Conference is in WIT (Waterford Institute of Technology) on Saturday (24th of April) starting at 10:30.

    Should be a good day, with various speakers and people selling various wireless gear.

    Location: The Auditorium, WIT Cork Road, Waterford. Directions and map below.
    Time: Doors open at 10:30, and talks begin at 11:30. Finishing up just before 17:45.
    Facilities: The Auditorium seats 200 people, and has all the stuff you'd expect - large screen, data projector, computers for the speaker(s), fancy sound system with something to aid those with hearing aids, etc, etc. People attending will be able to get full access to the internet and the SouthEastWAN for the day from their laptops or pdas (wireless card required).
    Food: Free Tea & Coffee will be available to those attending and possibly free sandwiches. There are several nearby options for lunch.
    Money: €5 for entry & free for children.

    There are bus stops just outside the college - just type W.I.T into the online Bus Eireann system.
    The train station is a few miles away but taxis and buses travel from there throughout the day.
