Yes, Mallets Mallet from WAC-a-day on TV-am. As a kid we used to play it, but with a rubber hammer from a toy tool box - hurt like f*ck!

Yep, remember it too well. He had a cool bird too.

He was on some show recently. Brought home how what went on in the show back then would be seen as lawsuit after lawsuit these days from the kids' parents :( It was fun at the time tho :D

    It is what it's.

the shirts, the glasses ... the word "Whacky" fo a start. Things like that should stay firmly in the 80s.

Him and pat sharp should really get together and do a comeback tour of universities around the British Isles. They'd make a mint off the nostalgia dollar.

'Mallet Mullet' I can picture it now!

    Timmy mallet:rolleyes:

Id get a great buzz from setting him on fire.

"Look kids! He's on fire!!" "Hit him with your mallets"

then the music comes up "Whackaday...."

pity its only a dream :(

    He's a C-U-N-T.

That's a bit harsh, wiped. What did Timmy Mallet ever do to you?

I think he makes his money these days from going around student nights and continuing to play Mallet's Mallet. Admit it - it'd still be damn funny if you're pissed.

Actually it was "Kissin' and a huggin' with Fred"

I only know this 'cos my mother used to sing it constantly whenever we went on long road trips...
