I am getting an incorrect password message as well. Site seems to be fucked at the moment. I presume they've taken it down for maintenance on the basis that most people with anything better to do are not sitting in buggering around with the interweb at 2am on a Saturday...

That site's always acting up. I think it's just badly hosted/maintained...

that and O2 were brutal when i used them. Always amused me that the communication companies couldn't master the art of, well, communication using this medium.

the site as a whole has been giving gyp ever since they performed some upgrade to the online shop apparently. I was in ENgland recently and I was using the free online texts to keep in touch, but it could take 5 mins for the page to load sometimes.

It doesn't say very good things about a communications company does it?

Has one one noticed before when you logon to check emails the email button is gone  Comes back after a while.
The site is usualy fast after hours. 9-5 is the worst time to use it. Too slow

I've always found the Vodafone site problematic. I just use it for paying my bill now, the other features don't work very well at all!

Works fine so long as you don't try to use it between 10am and 5pm on weekdays.
You think a multi-billion euro multinational would have no problems sorting out server performance or bandwidth issues....
Maybe the web team are incompetant or don't get enough money.
