    Hey man

you've got shin splints , there very nasty

for a start, lay off running on the hard surfaces.

AFAIK, you can get a once-off injection to stop the pain, but you'll have to find out about that yourself.

Best of luck and I hope this helps,

    King

    as the king said
yep, sounds like shin splints, caused by too much running on hard surfaces. run only on grass and build up your mileage slowly. Make sure you do loads of stretches especially calf/ankles and are well hydrated.

I wouldnt get any injections as it should clear itself up eventually
if the pain is really bad put some ice on it.
