    Check your connections. Any Beeps? Try Reseating the Graphics Card. Check that the Graphics Card isnt damaged first.

    If it isnt that I would then suspect the PSU. Can you get your hands on a Antec to test that possibility?

    No beeps and the graphics card is OK as it works in my old rig.

    Just ordered a 400watt PSU so I'll know tomorrow!

    it's also possible that your new mobo is not not insulated from the case.
    Did you put the little rubber insulators on when you put in your new board?

    That's what happened to me anyway.

    Did you try clearing the CMOS?
    You could try booting with just one stick of ram, then the other.
