jes computer rma

    has anyone ever had to rma something with jes computer
    its been a month since i sent a fauly 3d card back to them
    and they have acknowledged they have recieved it and sent a replacement
    but no matter how many times i ask them what shipping company it was sent with and whats the tracking number
    they ignore the question and just say i will have it shortly

    very weird :(
    does anyone elser have experiance of rma's with jes computer?

    Jes use GLS, ring their support and ask to lads their, they might be able to help you.
