Guys...one ISP that really gets bugger all coverage in here is Leap.

I have been with them for the last couple of months.

Fantastic service...I think I have had a dip in signal for a total of maybe 5 mins.

I get a stable 1Mbit service - up and down

They include all hosting that you may want

They don't have a cap of any sort

I know they are a little bit more expensive. But I got rid of my landline. (saving me 25 quid a month)

They are not much more than an uncapped DSL connection with line rental factored in.

I also ordered on a wednesday and was installed on the Friday of the same week!!!

Oh and as an added note on range...I am in Santry, gettting a stable signal from Donnybrook with pings normally between 40 and 50!!

Thanks a million to the Ardagh boys!!!!

Yes I agree.......great service from Leap. Really fast install. No downtime to speak of maybe 15 mins in 4 months. No matter what time of day you always get your full speed up and down bursting to 150% of your full speed at times in the night. Web hosting and e-mail. My pings are not that great between 70-150 to most english servers during games but this is perfectly playable. On three rock transmitter. The service is very relyable...some are faster...some have better pings but leap is the most consistant

You have probably mentioned it before James Melody but where are you from?

And how much is a little more expensive?

As I mentioned in my first post I am in Santry.

As for price, well I get a 1Mbit / 1Mbit service with a Service Level Agreement UNCAPPED for 199 a month (ex vat)

I moved from Netsource where I was paying about 130 a month for an Uncaped 512/128 service with crappy pings

There is a SOHO service from Leap 512/512 for I think 129 ex vat. Agin UNCAPPED with good pings and rock solid rel;iable service,

I have yet to have one service issue.

And as I said I ordered on a Wednesday evening about 6:30 and I was up and running when I came home from work on the friday

Thanks James......must check out with Leap why my pings are worse than yours? Still

Had a laugh looking at the boards about IBB and other providers. At least when I

ring Leap I aill get a decent responce quickly. Thank again

You are still getting good pings.

When I had netsource I was pinging close to 1000 to jolt

And pings are not static, it depends on when you ping!

Sent a mail to Leap a while ago saying my ping were not that great. Recieved a mail back saying that they would soon be upgrading their nework and to watch this space.....some weeks later I got a mail saying the network would be going down of a few minutes while thay upgraded their Backhaul and that I would have better pings after........
    A short time later.....
Pings cut by two thirds...averaging to boards 33ms rock stable no spicks...jolt.co.uk in 49ms every time no variance.....this is the same all day every day. I wrote them a letter thanking them which they duly responded to.
I know I must sound like I work for Leap or something but I cant say enough good things about these guys. They listen to complaints and do something about them, ok tay cost a fair bit, but now I have an uncapped 512/512 connection bursting to 100kbs download with DAP and savage pings. I love it.....p.s. If anyone from Leap reads you can upgrade me to 1024/512 for free for all the free advertising...
Again cant reccoment these guys enough.
    Cheers
    MF
