    Vicious popups on that site.

I still have a working "joyce" PCW256 upgraded to 512K and also a PC 3.5" as second disk and a 3" DS drive adapted to work on a PC. (All packed in Attic)

I wrote a Video Library package for it back in 1986ish. I may try it on the PC emulator.

I do have a generic CP/M emulator and also a CP/M Disk utility (NICE22) which both run on DOS. The "Nice22" running on CP/M emulator on "real DOS" (not Win9x or NT/XP etc) will read almost any CP/M and some other disk formats. You can easily interface 8", 3", 5.25" etc drives to a 3.5" floppy controller just by correct cable adaptor. No electronics needed. Only softsector Apple ][ disks can't be read. They used a wierd custom controller and very little electronics in the drive (hence only 170K or something feeble).
