What is the best product to use when cleaning a cd rom?
My cd player also needs a clean?

Are all the products available of equal quality?

for cleaning cd-rom/dvd-rom discs i use Mr Muscle window cleaner. A few quick sprays on the disc, leave it for a litle while, and then rub off with a normal tissue (but i recommend a lint free cloth if possible). It works great for me.

Don't use anything stronger than that, such as caustic :p It might damage your disc, but i find mr muscle to be the best. Its even removed chewing gum for me.
