02 Outage?

im up here in donegal and cant make calls on the 02 network network messages and gprs functions work ok but i am unable to make calls or send sms it aint my phone either cause i've tried 3 others on the same network. any ideas?

Check the IMEI number, located under your battery, if it has the digits 4000 in it, well them it is just a temp outage, imei's with these digits seem to be experiencing problems on the mobile networks all day, they have said the problem should be fixed fairly soon
