    Hi Lads,

I am using Windows XP professional. A weird thing noticed the login screen has changed. Usually I used to get Windows XP kind of log in screen. But today I had kept my machine to standby mode for the whole day and when i logged in it was Windows 2000 style login.

    Win XP pro login
    > Whole screen with the name of the users on the right hand of the screen

Windows 2000 login---> it would be like pop up (error message window like) login.

It was automatic, i didn't tinker with the OS. Is this OK

    cheers,
    Adarsh

When you machine comes out of standy it comes out password protected, hence the Windows 2000 password prompt

Normal behaviour as far as I know
