Can you get something to treat genital warts without prescription from the pharmacy? I just don't fancy paying the doctor when i know what i have got already (stupid - yes, but i would still like a answer)

As far as I know your GP probably won't treat the warts. They will probably refer you to a GUM clinic where you can get tested - you SHOULD - and they will treat them. The clinics are free and confidential. I think there may be a sticky with a list of them?
