Anal sex without a condom...

Okay, the girlfriend went on the pill the other day because she was fed up of having to use condoms. She was on the pill for a while last year but the pill she was on didn't suit her so she came off it. She went for another consultation last week and she's now on a different pill and things are grand so far. Anyway, the pill booklet said immeadiate protection but the doctor she was with said wait two weeks so we're doing that. I'm her only ever sexual partner and she's my only ever so disease is a non issue. (We've both been tested.)

My question is this, seens as putting fingers / penis / tongue / whatever in her ass and then into her vagina is a no no due to infection and such... is it safe for me to put my unprotected penis in her ass? She's quite a fan of ye olde anal sex and we were just wondering if it's safe for my wee lad in her back passage all unprotected, like, there's no risk of infection to my penis or anything is there?

Thanks a lot for any replies and sorry for the crudeness of the post. ~Bob

No problem with the crudeness :)

Well... I've never got an infection from anal sex, but when you think about what you're doing, it's gotta be possible.

I wouldn't worry about it too much though...

Never heard of it being a problem so long as both partners are disease free and know what they're doing (i.e. plenty of lube etc.)

yous are mad things yis are. does 'the female' get anything out of 'backstairs-sex'? because the only reason why i'd do it(i.e. a man) would be for degradation/humiliation purposes, i'm being honest, don't come back to me with 'tightness' issues either. there's nothing joyous about it, that's for sure.
anyway i was reading this article about it before giving blood and it's well dodgy from the sounds if it disease-wise, especially if you have auld cuts on your willy.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,166 ✭✭✭Johnny Versace

But it IS tighter. Some girls are very loose in the vaginal department, especially if they've had a baby.

    Also, it's dirrrty.

He did say she likes it as well.

    you should be fine,

the only thing i'd be worried about if i was you was my homosexual tendencies

You might want to get that looked at.

ah dirrrty's your only man alright, where'd ya meet these kind of gals for that craic though, that's the supreme insoluble pancake, another thread maybe(i.e. tons of previous threads)
Just pm JV on these issues in future, i will, he's the man with the plan! :D

    What's homosexual about anal sex?

Being a guy I assume you like blowjobs. NEWS ALERT: Gay guys have been known to enjoy them too... does this mean you have homosexual tendancies now?

There is always a risk of infection from unprotected sex, anal or otherwise, even if you're both disease free at the moment!

There is a particluar danger assoicated with anal sex, followed immediately with vaginal or oral penetration without washing first..

even if you don't there is the possibility that you could pick up an infection just through the anal sex, the key is always the same be safe not sorry

    Johnny, quiet you.

Metallicababe, I was stabbed with a syringe two years ago so I've been tested regularly since.

Doesn't mean stds can't be present. Just very unlikely. Somebody could have a mild infection which could pass on as an STD to someone else. One mans wine is another woman's poison etc.

    Let's not get paranoid here.

They know they are both clean, so the chances of him giving something to her, or her giving something to him, are very minimal.

I think you should be cautious about cumming inside her anus. It could lead to a build of bacteria and her getting a infection. Sorry for being graphic, but maybe cumming outside on the cheeks would be better or into a tissue.

Otherwise you should be grand. I have had anal sex many times without a condom. Granted i was with the girl a long time and was her first sexual partner. If you keep to showering and cleaning afterwards everything should be fine.

sorry if i was a bit too graphic Beruthiel!!

Ughhh, horrible. All sex is dirty and disgusting and that whole area of your 'private parts' have more germs and bacteria than any other body part. You would never catch me touching that area with a bargepole. Hehhehheeeheeee ;)Whatever turns you or her on, yeah, but I seriously would recommend condoms!.

    P. :ninja: :p BTW, I am totally celibate :D. Oh, almost forgot. Do not forget the KY Jelly ! They say that helps ?...

Make sure she's had a dump recently before you engage in anal sex. The reason is obvious, but also bear in mind you don't want to try to put it in and there's no room. Make sure her bowels are quite empty beforehand.

That said, do not have it too soon after she defacated as her anus will be especially sensitive and could be ripped/stretched if the sodomy gets even a little out of control.

I would also advise against using ribbed condoms as they can pull a lot of excrement out of the rectum when you remove yourself from her anus. Hope this helps.

Is minimal worth the risk? Unprotected sex is fantastic, yes, but I'd still rather lose a little sensation than risk a warty penis. Your choice of course.

Personally I've never found the idea of anal sex attractive - It's dirty, and seems degrading to me. It's not natural, and it's extremely dangerous.

So in conclusion, I would recommend you DO use a condom.

But if they are both clean, where will the STD's come from?

Using a condom is fine, but I think in this case it would be more for...hygiene reason than...desease control.

Surely they can still develop things? As horrible as it sounds, what about semen mixing with blood? It can happen, and even if they're both clean, surely the mixing of DNA or whatever can cause problems? I really don't know, as I'm no scientist.

Also, certain diseases, you don't even know you've had them! So if you're gona do it, get tested thoroughly first :)

*edit*didnt see what he originally wrote.

It is widely known in the scientific world that anal sex is a high risk factor for contracting urinary tract infections.

Exposure to E.Coli (which live in the large intestine) causes the infection.

    Chief.

you're suggesting some sort of spontaneous mutant sperm/blood creature. This is plainly ludicrous. Regardless of what you've heard. The same would be true with having sex during a girls period.

    Wrong.

I was suggesting that mixing each other's DNA could create infections or something... I never once mentioned babies. But yeah, the E-coli point was sort of what I meant.

    WTF are you talking about?
Babies, who mentioned babies?!? DNA doesn't just mix. This creation of infections is what I'm refering to. They don't spontaneously occur. The E-Coli may be there, and one may get an infection from the other in that instance, but thats a prexisting condition, entirely seperate from your drivel.

TBH other than the potential flaming I think I was on topic in so far as I was trying to prevent someone creating and then spreading blatant fabrications about the topic in hand. By engaging him I might actually educate him as well, I was however somewhat exasperated by his facts.

So on topic, if its your bag grand, just don't mix and match holes and you can take no fewer STI precautions than you would otherwise although the pregnancy issue should be somewhat decreased.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 37 too_much

I really don't know what your problem is. I wasn't stating a fact, I was imlpying that the mixing of DNA could cause an infection - However I was wrong, which you could have informed me of without being patronising.

But hey, we're not all capable of being polite. I didn't know that E-coli can't just spread, and I didn't know that infections don't just "occur" - I thought they did. Calling my lack of education in this area "drivel" is rather childish.

But yeah, this is sort of on topic. I still see no reason at all not to use a condom.

i have done it both with and witout a comdom, and tbh there isn't a signifiacnt loss in sensation since the anus is much tighter. So i would recommend using a comdom because there's just less mess involved. But even with a comdom make sure to wash thoroughly before and after.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 697 ✭✭✭Zoton

On a related note, the women here who have tried anal sex, did ye find it pleasurable?or did ye not enjoy it or neither?
I 've spoken to a few who've tried it out and some reckoned it was okay, nothing extraordinary, and the others thought it was fabulous (surprisingly). None of them found it unpleasant (they of course did it gently to begin with before building up speed/momentum).

All I'll say is don't do it too often cos you can damage the sphincter. A girl in my year was babysitting one time so she invited this guy around, they were having anal sex on the sofa when her sphincter just WENT and stuff went all over the sofa... He legged it, so she had to clean it up on her own... Sorry to be graphic but you should probably know...
