HELP !! Site to Site DR backup

Need some advice on this please:

    Situation:
Two companies in tow sites. Company A is very important and needs an offsite mirror image of their server so if disaster struck they could move to company B and set up so they can log into their DR server and work as normal while company B staff got a few days off!!!

Now i think replicating the server once is easy, now what is the best way to run incremental backups nightly over a site-to-site VPN ???

Currently have VPN and use Veritas backup 8.6 in both sites.

I have never done this before so any advice would be fantastic, BTW i dont expect the incremental files to change by more than 50MB a night!!

    Cheers,
    Gibo
