Sky programme planner acting up

This happened last night and I said 'oh well'; but it's just happened again.

Last night, I put South Park into the programme planner, and watched a documentary while waiting for it to start. I was't told anything. I didn't mind as it was a repeat, and I was enjoying the documentary. But today, it failed for the second time in a row. Star Wars: The Clone Wars was in the planner, but I wasn't reminded and missed the damn thing.

I'm used to the planner dropping programmes, but it's never failed to remind me before these instances. Has it happened to others? Could it be related to that 'Press Yellow for Messages' that does absolutely nothing? Are Sky out to get me cos I don't read their poxy magazine?

    Any answers would be welcome.
