When you are copying a spreadsheet into word - Is there anything u can do to ensure that the speadsheet fits onto the page?

put the sheet in landscape and turn down the font size...??

Don't use copy/paste or "insert object", but use "insert file" (menu "insert"). You will be able to resize the spreadsheet.
