    Hi all,
As some of you may know we (Gigsmart) has initiated a scheme with the aim of charting as many top class original Irish bands as possible backed by street level guerilla marketing and intensive tours for each release.

The last time we worked on this we helped expose Morello to a nation wide audience and thus help them attain a top twenty chart position. Next up for the chopping block are Pinion with their new single 'Another Fine Mess'.

What follows is the press release for the Pinion tour and release listing all the chances you'll have to see them around our fair Isle and all the shops that will be stocking their single.

The track is really excellent and I'll post up a link to a tasty snippet in due course.

I'm posting this to ask you to support this (obviously) but not because its some ditzy dewy-eyed collection of young Irish hopefuls but because a: its a really great track and b: Its really cheap (€2.99!!). The quality of the track would sell itself if put through the normal mechanics available to those with money but we only have gigs, the web and Phantom for this! The track charting would also open up main stream media to the undeniable talent available in your local venue and thus spread the good word to the masses that rock music thrives on the street level.

Anyway I sense I may digress so check em out now because in a few more months you'll be paying MCD/ticketmaster/Aitken prices to see em! ;-)

    Here's the info:
