I'm just wondering if this is possible.

At the moment my TV-Out connects to my tv's composite-in, but in order for this to work, i have to unplug my VHS.

My VHS only has a scart and arial in/out.

So, is it possible to record from my computer on to a VHS?

Yes, get a phono - scart cable. The scart socket on your vcr should do both input and output, better check with the manual first though as it sounds like a cheap vcr.
