Don't mean to scare anyone but this was one of the worst sex-attacks that I can remember. This wasn't the only case with this nutter but the rest were kept quiet.
Basically he knew the women were alone and simply knocked on the door and then pushed his way through the front door in broad daylight.
And her young kid was downstairs at the time.
just a reminder to the ladies to check who is at the front door before you open it.

They are renewing their appeal a year after a young mother was assaulted in her home in Dundrum, filmed and forced to shower to remove vital clues. Gardai have said the 40 year-old attacker singled out his victim has since vanished without trace. Detective Inspector Martin Cummins is appealing for new information from the public."

Not trying to go off topic or anything but a few months ago some neighbours of ours were having a house party and they had loud music on. Basically, a group of knackers knocked at the door and beat the crap out of the guy who answered, put him in hospital for a few weeks. All of his friends were there but they didn't hear the commotion because of the music.

So you never know, guys need to be careful too. There's a LOT of nutters out there.
