Don't know of any anymore, there used to be one near where the Jervis Centre is now. Buy And Sell is the way forward here, a shop would only put a mark-up on second hand gear anyway. You can go into a guitar shop and check out new pedals of the models you're interested in, then when you find a type you're happy with get it from B&S
