    Hey lads,

    I'm looking for a pritty cheap firewall. I'm pritty clueless when it comes to these thing so could someone recommend a cheap/easy to use one?

    Depends on the PC

    If its got less than 32mb of RAM you'd be looking at Smoothwall or IPcop (smoothwall.org and ipcop.org)

    If you've got more than 32mb of RAM and are serving less than 8 people, I'd recommend Mandrake Network Firewall (www.linux-mandrake.com)

    If you're PC is slower than Pentium, then your only real choice is freeBSD (www.freebsd.org)
