Anyone have any notion where one might acquire a ticket to these swashbuckling icons of no particular age? I left it too late to get one through those ticketmaster leaches... but if desperation and delusion are anything to go by: i'll still get one (with a little help from my friends?)

if you went to a gig, would you be pretty much be certain to get a ticket off one of those tout fellows? am new to the culture... or the western world at that, and quite curious as to the workings of their seedy underworld.

Franz Ferdinand are very much in demand, you'd be hard pressed to find tickets available (so you've done well ).

There should be touts on night that may have sprung on some unexpecting victims, but they'll charge you way above face value.
