Neocron - who are you ingame?

I came here jsut after retail release and there didnt seem to be any interest in Neocron, I'm suprised to see anyone from Ireland playing a game with such a small player base.

DarkH directed me on Saturn the other day and mentioned the forum so I figured I'd stop in, say hello and see who else plays.

Depends on how you define free. There is a 10 day free trial.

Mr Archeus main job apart from constructing is a professional taxi driver and repair guy. As a side role he goes out of his way to help players on the server and to the game (regardless of faction). Due to this he is generally treated as neutral to all factions and has diplomatic immunity in some instances.

Founder of the Tech Haven Ghosts. Orginally formed to turn the city into a fully functioning one through covert means (think 'shadows' in Babylon5). For a while it worked but members left/inactive and the Angels got soft and in fighting. So Julia has moved to Crahn Sect to make the Angels stronger by slaughtering them. Currently marked on the THN Most Wanted list (Tech Haven Network).

Good for you rav, right now I'm spending most of my time on Saturn only going on Pluto if I get a shout over voice comms about an OP war or PKing run, leveling a PE on Saturn to kill BD and Vet :ninja:

counter strike peeps are all over games3.iol.ie if you're asking about that. i cant imagine people playing role playing games and using voice comms really.

Nearly all the major clans use TS or Ventrillo (or did until Ventrillo changed thier licensing). It is good for co-ordinating op wars.

I don't use it though.

Yep and as far as using TS goes i dont think Cartel would function as good as they do with it in battles
without it and like atm they are one of the powerfullest clans on the server .

yeah but thats the fun you fight all the time , but also when 8 of our members go up aginst 35-40 of theres and we come out as the winners it is nice, but as far as being hated goes the clan is but i aint i got loads of friends in the enemy factions . As far as our own faction goes i heard there was killing of people from the same faction before we got in but i dont think so anymore so we dont fight our own faction anymore unless its someone who is bd so he can use gr's to gr were we hunt and kill us
